Bluetie.com is a relatively new business collaboration tool. There is currently a $5 monthly fee to use it, which helps to ensure that the product is maintained to a high standard. Also there is telephone and email customer support, and instant messaging built in. The monthly fee also gives a generous 10Gb storage.
